Fitness Competetions...way back when...
Having a background in dance and fitness initiated my interest in holistic healing. After a hip injury at the age of 16, the only options available to me at that time were to take pain medication, muscle relaxants and to obtain repetitive x-rays to figure out what was going on. When I got involved in fitness training and competition, I discovered chiropractic care, acupuncture, herbs, and the importance of quality and natural nutrition for the body to maintain good health and heal properly.
CHINESE NEW YEAR 2008
I was fortunate to have one of my longtime patients, Ben Williams, take me to the Hsi Lai Temple for Chinese New Year celebration. Ben is a retired teacher who used to take his students on tours at the Hsi Lai Temple.
